DESIGN YOUR OWN WINDOW
Specialty windows can be configured in almost any shape or size and be combined with other windows to create a perfect combination to fit your special design. A specialty window will first take shape in your mind. From there, skilled Heritage & Semco employees turn them into good-looking, high performance windows that will provide years of trouble-free service. All specialty windows are manufactured from select Ponderosa pine that is treated with a water-repellant preservative to inhibit water and insect damage.

Semco allows you to choose from a full selection of different dual-sealed glazing options. This range includes our standard, dual-sealed, insulating glass; our super energy-efficient, LoE Argon gas-filled, insulating glass; or many tinted glazing options for privacy or just a distinctive look. You can select simulated divided light (SDL) with and without internal spacer bar on both aluminum clad and primed exterior units, authentic divided light (ADL) on primed exterior units, aluminum internal grilles (between the light of glass), or both stick and full surround wood grilles that can be installed or removed quickly and easily.

The beauty of each specialty window is multiplied by how easy it is to maintain. Our excluded aluminum exterior is available in seven eye-pleasing standard colors and three decorator colors. If you need a special color, just send us a color sample and we will match any color you desire. All aluminum clad units will never require painting, so you can send your leisure time enjoying yourself. These clad units also come with our patented, folding, nailing fin. This fin is attached to each unit and makes installation of the window into the opening both quick and easy. Units with wood exteriors are primed with a quality latex primer that serves as an excellent base for the top coat of your choice.
